However, minor differences in color, print placement, scale, texture, or appearance may occur because of screen settings, material characteristics, production methods, and normal manufacturing variations.

Product sizing may vary by style. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and product information before placing an order.

Products may be returned only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy .

We do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers who want a different product, design, color, or size must complete an eligible return and place a new order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. Reasons may include suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product unavailability, incorrect customer information, duplicate orders, shipping restrictions, unusually large quantities, or violations of these Terms.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted as soon as possible by contacting support@newfashiontee.com .

Because many products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production, printing, fulfillment, or shipment has started.

Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee that the request can be completed. We will review the order status and inform you of the available options.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, public holidays, seasonal demand, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are generally the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible return requests must be submitted within the return period stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Returned products must meet the applicable eligibility and condition requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is caused by a change of mind, customer ordering mistake, incorrect size selection, or another non-defective reason.

When a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, return shipping will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected, where a return is required.
